Our stress reduction workshop equips your team with knowledge and awareness of tools and strategies to reduce stress. Through workshops, David provides your insights on how the workplace environment can be designed to prevent stress and burnout.
He also delivers programmes in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), with sessions designed to increase awareness and introduce concepts that develop well-being strategies. These workshops provide valuable insights into how ACT can be applied to improve employee well-being and engagement.
